  This is the second car I have bought from Derek Slack Motors. What a great buying experience; the sales person Christian Lovell did a great job and helped me pick the perfect car that suited my needs and budget. The after sales and servicing is equally as good. Thanks so much everyone. As far as I'm concerned they are the best dealership on Teesside, delivering a no nonsense quality service. I'll be back in 3 years for one of them top end Octavias...or maybe a Kodiaq. Thanks again Christian, Ian, Natalie, Craig and all the team at Derek Slack. Paul

  I've been a Slack's customer since 2003 but left in 2015 because I couldn't get the deal I wanted with the new salesman. I'd built up a really good relationship with the service staff over the years, but when I went back, they'd all changed! Recently decided to go back to Skoda and enquired about a new car at Slack's. Unfortunately, orders for what I wanted had been suspended, so I couldn't get one for at least 6 months. I ended buying an ex-demo from Newcastle. The sales staff were very courteous and friendly, but I did think that they could've offered me some options and alternatives. After-sales have always been a big plus for Slack's, and it remains to be seen if this has been affected by the change in staff.
