  I visited this store 3 times. The first time, a salesman explained that he wasn't sure on current used stock as he sold new stock. He asked another salesman if he could have a chat with me, without stopping he continued to walk past us and said no I'm busy. The second time I came in was to test drive I car I have booked in. I left work 3 hours early to be there and when I turned up a group of 5 staff all just looked at me without asking if they could help me with anything. After speaking to ome of them another man approached to tell me the car i had booked t test drive wasn't available. How this happened I'm unsure because on Numerous occasions I have rang to ask about a car and they can see on the computers their status whether available or in preparation. Third time I went in I rang interested in a car, turn up to be told it isn't actually fr sale it's for auction.. Yet up for sale on the website and there's no where to show it isn't there to buy!!! Terrible terrible service!

  Just been to look at a car. Went into the showroom, we were attended to straight away. We wanted to look inside the car and he said he would have to get the keys. Not sure where they hold the keys but we were left sitting 10 minutes or more. In the end we walked out. Plenty more car dealers to choose from.
