  Triads UK did an amazing job ensuring I was a happy customer. Collin (owner) promptly replied to a problem I had (Highly anticipated sneaker release website traffic error) and within hours I had a detailed response and a personal phone number. I am from the United Sates of America, and he took my phone call after hours (time difference) and did everything in his power to make it right. Collin was prompt, professional and second to none. Because of inventory I was unable to get the initial shoe, but Collin had my back, He also made sure money was put back into my bank account the next day. I won an Instagram raffle several months later and Collin had them practically over-nighted the package to the USA. Collin is the reason why I will continue to shop at Triads, and his superb customer service. From their customer service to their lighting fast shipping, I would recommend them without hesitation! The owner is a class act, and other businesses should take notes from Collin.
